Exporters and importers: test an order before you place it.

Ready to start?

Three figures, or one conversation, whichever you prefer.

What to know before you start

TDE shows how much of each product to order, or to make, and when. It prices what that costs on the route the goods travel. It shows whether your cash stays above your line until the money from the goods comes in.

What this does, before you type anything

One product or several, all sharing one cash balance. You give it your own figures for each product you sell. It gives you an order plan for the months ahead. It names which of your own limits (cash, storage, a supplier's minimum order) that plan breaks.

What you get, in the order you meet it

  • Your decision this month. One order quantity, what it costs, and what it does to your cash. This is the page most people only ever need.
  • Your costs. Landed cost at your own commodity code, with duty, freight and currency separated so you can argue with each of them.
  • Your order plan. It sets the plan against your limits, and prices the smallest change that would clear a breach.

What it will ask you for

Nothing you have to look up. What you ship, what you spend and sell, how long the goods take, and when you pay. We show our working for the rest.

You can talk to it instead of typing, and paste a supplier email instead of transcribing it. Whatever fills a box in, check it against your own records before you rely on it.

Where your figures live

In your own browser, unless you choose to sign in. There is no account needed and nothing to cancel. If you do sign in, your figures are saved against an anonymous account number with no name and no email address.

Show money in

Optional. Every figure is worked out in pounds; this changes only what you read, and you can change it any time in Settings.

Not ready to type your own figures?

Worked through end to end, every figure sourced, and you can edit it afterwards.

One is a seller, one is a buyer.

What it cannot do, said before you start

  • It cannot see your shipment. It works from the shipping time you enter.
  • It does not predict.
  • It is not built on a language model. The figures come from published series and from you. A model only reads what you type or paste, and it can be turned off without changing a number.
  • The numbers are yours, and so is the decision.
